All users and customers of UPDATEMYRESUME.IN, by the use of UPDATEMYRESUME.IN’s services, hereby agree to abide by, and acknowledge the following: Nature of Product and Terms of Usage
The Company offers a service that locates suitably qualified experts for the provision of independent personalized research and writing services provided to the Customer as a unique reference that is designed to assist in the completion of the Customer’s
assignments or academic obligations. Thus, it is understood that the Company does not make any guarantees regarding Customer’s grades as an outcome or consequence of submission of the Product to any academic institution. When you work with UPDATEMYRESUME.IN,
you agree to the terms and conditions and authorize the company to charge your card for the agreed upon price. The transaction will appear on your statement under the name UPDATEMYRESUME.IN. You are guaranteed to receive a quality product within
an agreed upon time frame. Phone Support
UPDATEMYRESUME.IN offers limited customer support via phone access. In order to provide accurate documentation with customers, UPDATEMYRESUME.IN writer’s primary mode of communication with customers is via email. This is to ensure accurate documentation
and record keeping so that we can meet your needs most effectively as a team.
Placing an order: It is the responsibility of the customer to provide complete and accurate email and phone number when filling out the order form. At any time during the order process, the customer may need to be contacted. Providing
inaccurate information is a violation of the terms and conditions and could result in a forfeit of the guarantee provided for the product.
Provided information: Because UPDATEMYRESUME.IN operates solely on customer-provided information; it is the customer’s responsibility to provide all the necessary data, including work history, training, education, job goal, certifications
and awards, affiliations and anything else to help set the customer apart from the rest.
Instructions: Instructions must be provided clearly and to the point. If this is not done, UPDATEMYRESUME.IN cannot guarantee the warranty or results of the product. Once the order is complete, revisions are only available to go along
with the original instructions. Anything else will be considered a violation.
Matching of the resume level: It is the customer’s responsibility to choose the correct resume level. If this is not done, the customer takes on all liability. If a mistake is made during the order process, the customer can contact
customer service right away to fix the problem.
Assigning a writer: The writer will get into contact with the customer when an assignment is given, if requested by the customer. The customer can speak to the writer via email at any time or may request direct contact at any time.
The writer assumes responsibility for gathering all key points, objectives, goals and other information needed. All information, including affiliations, education, former work experience and certificates should be uploaded and not given over the
Checking the messaging system: The messaging system allows UPDATEMYRESUME.IN to contact the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the messaging system often and provide any relevant information as requested in a timely
manner. Failure to do so will affect the customer’s ability to get a refund. If a customer needs assistance to use the messaging system, the support team is available to help.
Incorrect order placement: In the event that details indicated are inconsistent or don’t match the original order, UPDATEMYRESUME.IN has the right to not process the order. Failure to provide the right product, description and level could interfere
with deadline requests and may result in additional charges. This process allows the company to ensure that each order is processed correctly and matched to the appropriate writer. No additional charges will be made without contact to the customer.
Tracking order progress: Customers are encouraged to check the site often for updates from UPDATEMYRESUME.IN or writer as to the progress of the order. The status will be one of the following:
Order not paid – this means the order has not been paid for and UPDATEMYRESUME.IN cannot proceed to the following stages until it is.
Research started – the order is paid and made available to appropriate writers.
Preparing – a writer has taken on the assignment.
Order complete – the customer can now download a copy of the product.
Order returned for revision – customer’s
instructions are being used to make edits.
Hold – the support team has stopped work on the order and the customer is encouraged to contact them for more information.
Cancelled – the order is cancelled.
You can at any time terminate your contractual relationship with SuperbResume and ask to cancel by notifying our customer services team by mail on firstname.lastname@example.org with “cancellation” Subject line. You will not be entitled to any refund for any amounts paid for services, however the reason for cancellation should be specified and services which you asked should not be started by us. If you breach your undertakings as set out in these T&Cs or if we have genuine reason to believe that the security and integrity of SuperbResume, its Members, or third parties are at risk, we reserve the right to immediately terminate these T&Cs binding you and SuperbResume and close your Account. When this is necessary, you will be notified of such measures to enable you to respond. SuperbResume will decide, at its sole discretion, whether to lift the measures put in place.
No refund request of a Subscription is permitted if received after the expiration of a period of five (5) days from the first services delivered for the Services. All refund requests before the expiration period of five (5) days can be made by phone or email through our customer support department. The Customer Support department will answer you within the next 2 working days, and the refunds will be processed within the next 3 working days.
