The customer is provided with a revision service that is free of charge to ensure satisfaction with the product. The Quality Assurance Department has the right to refuse revision or multiple revisions based on changes to the original order, multiple requests for revision, abuses of the revision policy and abuse toward the writer. Once a product is finished, the revision requests must comply with the original order. Anything else will be considered a violation of the policy. Revision will be provided free of charge when the requirements fall within the guidelines. When they don’t, the Quality Assurance Department can decline the revision request. UPDATEMYRESUME.IN is allowed to contact the customer via email regarding discount offers, helpful services and special offers. When an order is placed, the customer gives permission for the company to make contact via text messaging or SMS services. UPDATEMYRESUME.IN can also change any SMS message without letting the customer know for the purpose of offering specials and discounts. UPDATEMYRESUME.IN is not responsible for any charges accrued to the customer’s account as a result of the SMS or text messaging.

TESTIMONIAL SUBMISSION

If you submit a testimonial in UPDATEMYRESUME.IN, you agree, give permission and grant any necessary license to us to use it, but you agree we are under no obligation to use any testimonial submitted. We may use testimonials in whole or in part, but in any use, will identify you only by first name, last initial, city and state. We reserve the right to review, correct grammatical or typing errors, and edit or summarize testimonials prior to use. If you do not agree with any of these conditions, do not submit a testimonial to us.

TERMINATION

This agreement is effective until terminated by UPDATEMYRESUME.IN, or its parent company, Kuvion Technologies pvt ltd, at any time without notice. UPDATEMYRESUME.IN has the right to terminate any order in cases where there is failure by the customer to communicate properly or when fraud is suspected. In such cases, reimbursement is not guaranteed. This works on a case by case basis and is determined by several factors. UPDATEMYRESUME.IN reserves the right to take appropriate action based on the case at hand.
